Frozen Ocean MotorSports Facility began in March of 1987, when the Denman family carved the track out of their back pasture fields.  For more than 30 years, Bill Denman and his sons put their blood, sweat, and tears into making Frozen Ocean one of the greatest motocross tracks in the country.

On Bill Denman’s 80th birthday, he passed the torch to Ryan Walczak.  Ryan first rode the challenging course as a young teen.  It was actually the first track he ever raced on.  Now, with the help of his friends, and family, he continue the legacy of Frozen Ocean.

Currently, the facility sits on 66 acres overlooking Skaneateles Lake and the surrounding Finger Lakes area.  There is a challenging 50cc track, a practice track, an off-road track for ATVs and side x sides, and a clay oval for go-kart racing along with the main Motocross track and mud bog pits.  Frozen Ocean is a full-service facility with a pavilion, flush toilets, concession stand, and merchandise for sale. New for 2020 electric camp sites will be available along with drinkable water hook ups and a dumping station.

The friendly and knowledgeable staff at Frozen Ocean are here to ensure that every visitor has a great time and everything they need.  Frozen Ocean will remain a family oriented place where everyone can come to have fun.  The Walczak family invites you to come out to Frozen Ocean as we continue to improve and expand our offerings on an already extraordinary track!
